Introduction

Subscription Services

1. Payment Terms: Our subscription services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment for these services is due in advance of the service period.

2. Cancellation Policy: Subscription services can be canceled at any time with a written request via email. Please note that any software services still under contract at the time of cancellation will require payment in full.

3. Renewal and Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being billed for an additional month, cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the subscription renewal date. If the cancellation request is made less than 5 days before the renewal date, the final month will be billed, and the cancellation will take effect the following month.

Custom Builds

1. Deposit and Payment: For custom builds, we require a 50% deposit of the total project cost to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the project.

2. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on work that has been started or completed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and services provided on our website, including software, logos, images, text, and any third-party content, are the property of A-Team Digital Partners or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Responsibilities
